LEFT: Sunset on the rooftops at Newtown, NSW. Photo taken from the upper floor of our bookstore in Newtown - a place of many fond memories. We operated our secondhand bookstore there, on busy King Street, for about four years from 1986 to 1990. From then on mail order became the chief way of selling books, initially by catalogs mailed out each month but later via the Internet. |
